The above puppy is sold in good health, has been seen by a registered veterinarian, vaccinations are up to date, and age appropriate de-worming.

If a veterinarian issues a written statement stating the dog is not in good health, the dog may be returned to the Seller within 48 hours from the time the dog was picked up. Travel costs and any financial responsibility of returning the dog will be completely the Buyers responsibility. The Seller will replace the dog with another dog of approximately the same value and sex as soon as one becomes available.

HEALTH GUARANTEE

This puppy is guaranteed for one full year for life-threatening congenital defects. This guarantee does not include breed specific issues that are considered normal or common for the French bulldog breed. French bulldogs are a Brachycephalic Breed. Buyer has researched and is knowledgeable of common Bulldog issues, including but not limited to: bulldog breathing issues, elongated soft pallets, hypo plastic tracheas, skin allergies, demodex, cherry eye, dry eye, kennel cough, worms or parasites of any kind, giardia, coccidia, parvo-virus, mange, entropion/ectropion, patella luxation, stenotic nares, inverted tails, tumors, cancer, scabies or mite related illness, undescended testicles, umbilical hernias, hip dysplasia, and other minor or common bulldog breed ailments. These can be common issues even in healthy well bred bulldogs because the way their bodies and heads are structured, these issues will not be covered under the health guarantee for any reason. The puppy is leaving in good health and the Seller can not control the environment in which the dog is raised or certain common issues that can arise. The health guarantee also does not cover anything as a result of an accident or injury. The Seller recommends pet insurance be considered by the Buyer.

In the event of a life threatening condition that is not listed above, the Seller will provide you with a healthy replacement puppy of equal value at the earliest available date. Under no circumstances will a refund be given. Puppy must be returned to the Seller at the Buyers expense, so that a second veterinarian of Sellers choice can assess the dog, before the Seller will agree to replace the puppy. To qualify for this health guarantee the dog MUST be kept under the care of a licensed veterinarian.

As of the date of delivery, the dog will be up to date on all necessary vaccines and deworming, but the Buyer is aware they will be responsible to keep puppy shots current along with parasite prevention/treatment. The Seller is not responsible for any new vet bills once the Buyer takes possession of the dog.

**Note to Buyer: Any puppy going to a new home may be nervous or unsure for a time until they get more comfortable. The Buyer was cautioned to be careful when introducing the puppy to other family pets and members until he/she has been socialized. This is a new experience for the puppy and it is a process for puppy to become settled into his/her new environment. **

We offer a lifetime return policy on all our dogs. If for a valid reason a buyer can no longer care for the dog, the Seller shall agree whenever possible to take the dog back from the Buyer and find it a new suitable home. Any return costs will be the responsibility of the Buyer. This return policy does not imply the Seller will be reimbursing any monies to the Buyer. These circumstances are dealt with on a case by case basis.

The Buyer has read and agrees to the terms of the health guarantee laid out here.______

TRANSPORT

The Buyer is responsible for the cost of delivery unless otherwise stated here. Flights, health certificates, approved airline crates will be the Buyers responsibility. This puppy is being sold directly to the Buyer. The Seller is not responsible for the dog after leaving airport premises. _______
